Anyway I engaged ORIGIN on a regular basis to keep the pests away. The older HDB flats have a central chute that’s like a party venue for roaches and ants and these sometimes trespass into my home and we start a territorial war. Today I had Jamal’s help and he was super thorough in his checks. He even scrapped off roach egg pouches around the internal part of the chute, near the cover. He even gave a quick lesson about types of roaches in Singapore and how to spot their trails. The price is also reasonable for the detailed checks, treatment etc. I was told each application lasts about 6 months. I want to thank Salman of Origin exterminators who came down to my place to investigate the source of rat entry from roof to false ceiling of bathroom. Salman did a good job of reassuring us and also went above and beyond by hunting the possible entry point of rodent into my home. It was not within his duty but he spent a lot of time and dedication to find out the problem for us. Actually he could have just recommended the typical solution of putting rat trap but he decided to help us find the source of entry. After solving the problem for us, there was another time I just contacted him to inquire about more questions regarding rodents and civets. He was professional to answer my questions speedily and help in whatever way he could. Really a big relief to me in a time of major stress dealing with unknown pest and it’s source.
